Hi Guys,

Just returned from a week biking in Wales, We did 11 trail centres in 5 days for charity, 300km and 34 hours of riding!

Anyway my point is this. We stopped at the Glyncorrwg camp site and all i can say is GET SOME GOOD MIDGE REPELLENT SORTED!

We all got eaten alive by the little buggers and Jungle Formula didn't have any effect.

It may be of help, i know that i will be trying to find some sort of extra special solution because my legs look a right mess and are so uncomfortable.

Wish I'd seen this before I went with the missus on the w/e 7 Aug 10. The little buggers seem to fight through the jungle formula and the anthisan cream didn't help with the itching.
