June is good, hopefully it will be after exams though this year, I was moving back home on the weekend of the meet last year so could go, gutted.

Here's one Yank that's planning on attending. Should know the date of the US meet pretty soon.

There's a good chance I won't be able to make it this yr as I’ve only got about 2 weekends free in June/July but I thought I’d throw some thoughts into the pot:
llandegla is way to small, the course won't keep people happy for 2 days and there DH boys and gals won't like it !
cwmcarn was a very good venue last yr, just remember the Midge spray.
Another idea maybe Cannock chase. Middle of the country with easy access to he M6, Kick ass singlestrack, DH course and the forestry commission held a hell of a lot of events there in '08, including XC and Adventure races.

Sit tight, info WILL be up as soon as my Super X arrives!!
There are various ideas been knocked about, will let you knwo when we are certain.
Cannock would be nice for me, but it currently lacks the length of XC trail we need, the new bit looks good but I can't see it being done in time. I know miles of routes there, but its hard to lead on your own.
Also, I heard a story that Cannock currently has trouble with some tree disease and they are thinking of closing more of it down. Will see if I can find out more.
Llandegla is fun, but just for a day.

Maybe somewhere with a 4x/bmx track? Should be a fair few superXs?
Although Im not sure of anywhere with a decent dh/xc/4x/bmx track, does such a heavenly place even exist?

Cannock sounds good to me although I am on holiday until 14th June
we could always have a BMX/4X meet as a one day jobby somewhere too

Well there is one place.
Cheddar has a DH track with uplift, a 4X and BMX track. I am unsure about XC stuff, but I know this is stuff close by and I am sure I saw a company that does guided rides there. there is also an XC track of 5 miles.
There is also camping and static caravans on site. So we could have the field/tent set up with good accomodation. There is also a restaraunt on site.
Don't think any of us thought about this one yet though.

What about Moelfre?
Had dh, 4x and xc national champs there a couple years ago so must have all 3 and I'm sure farmer jack would be happy to run us a small uplift.

one vote for Dalby here, ok it is closer to me, but it is easily accessible from the M1, you are close to the coast for great fish and chips, you also have north yorkshire for more riding, there is DH, NS, red and black, it doesnt really suffer due to bad weather ( it is summer after all) and it would be pretty central when you think people could be attending form down south and Northern Scotland

Moelfres alright, if its not windy. But would be a good allround venu, and its not too far from everyone (apart from the scots). And also the 4x track is being redone soon in march-ish, so will be well bedded in by then.
But a 4x/bmx meet would be good, Im sure the guys at redhill would sort us out, they have camping on site, run an uplift trailer almost all the time, and its a really good track.

Any news yet on the date?,
it would be good to start planning for this!, also London to Brighton is on the 21st June and i don't want to sign up for that if the tribe clashs!
