There is the first of 2009's BMX Regionals at Nottingham on Sunday and mtb's are more than welcome so you DJ and 4x owners wanting to give them a run out please come along and you will be welcomed with open arms

anyone who hasnt raced before is welcome and you dont need a BC licence either, there are novice classes but most people would be better going straight in at the deep end and racing expert.
track is having some major tarting up done yesterday and today so should ride really well too

I'd love to but my last 4X race of the season is on sunday, ah well... I'll definitely come to some races when I build up my Super-X  |
