Howdy
looking for some advice from anyone out there who, like me, may have been shocked when told by their local dealer that after just 6 months of limited (5-6 hrs a week) riding that their new SB 75 requires a full bearing rebuild. That news was shocking enough but was eclipsed by the price i was quoted just for the parts - £279!!! Anyone else had their SB 75 burn through bearings so frighteningly quickly? Also, what are options in terms of replacing them? Surely there are less expensive (and hopefully longer wearing) options.
Help me out here folks as i don't want to fall out with my beloved ride but if she's too high maintenance she could be in trouble.

Hi Nick Your bike shop is trying to sell you a full master rebuild kit. Bearing kits are yetifanstore.com/products/sb75-bearing-kitAnd they are actually better quality than what's fitted originally , more a rolling change to better components than anything really. Andrew
