Hi Guys, My spanking new SB66C arrived last week in medium turquoise flavour. I have been busy building this week in the hope of getting out to ride at the weekend with some mates. It's been pretty time consuming. I have built a few bikes so I have most of the tools, but nothing of this caliber so a bit of extra care has had to be taken. The spec is stock so far but more than adequete: Headset: Cane Creek Front mech: XT Rear mech: XT clutch Shifters: XT 2x10 Cassette: SLX Chain: SLX Cranks: Raceface SIXC, these are nice Stem: Raceface turbine Bars: Raceface SIXC Brakes Formula R1S Wheels: DT Swiss X1600 Tyres: Maxxis Ardents EXO tubless setup 2.25 rear 2.4 front Forks: Fox 34 150 FIT Post: Current Tompson Elite - have a Reverb on another bike to be fitted. Hoses etc got shortened last night and I took it up the road for a quick spin. First impressions where pretty amazing, light, taught, stiff, plush and really quiet.....I hope to get it off road properly today. I had better take some more pics first before it gets covered in UK winter cack. Hers some pics if I figure out how to post them up!
