I found this at a multi ranch yard sale in the middle of nowhere Stanislus County CA, it appears to be a Yeti by the chainstays but Yeti says it's not one of theirs. It is a very nice steel frame and from what I can tell, late 80's or early 90's. I don't recall anyone using braze on derailuers in the 80's. Perhaps some of you here can give me a direction to look. It's almost a dead ringer for Tomac Shark but is really set up as a road bike when reviewing the brake arches. Ther are no grinds to indicate cantilever posts have been removed. It could be a custom frame but how would he get the curved stay parts? The seatpost collar is quite unique and very detailed, the S/N is not in a place one would normally associate with most large sclae commercial manufacturers. Drivetrain is an early 90's mix of Suntour and Shimano AKA Bridgestone style. This is really a nice "vintage" road bike. Anyone have an idea of who made it !!??
