Really nice!!! I really like the black look. Glad to see not everyone is getting the SB66. Owning a 5 is like owning a sportscar, the faster you go, the more it makes sense. Mine's still too good for me and I've had one for two years. Have fun.

Cheers guys, its a trail ripper, I love it! Been running flats on it for the first few rides till I get used to the slacker head angle, plus my first few rides have been gnarly. Just as well really, as my one complaint is what seems to be a fairly low bottom bracket height as I've had some pretty bad ass pedal strikes. I could go down a crank length & run it a bit harder, but I really like my setup right now. Its not the best steep climber, bit of a wheelie merchant as I'm running 140mm of front & softish rear, so I'll probably change the stem for a straight one & see what happens before I decide whether to drop the travel on the front. Heading along the singletrack & downhills its awesome & TBH I can live with the above points as it gives the bike a bit of character & I'll get over them one way or another. Despite anything, I'm over the moon with it

Yes, I struggled with the pedal strike briefly until I adjusted to a different pedalling technique. I haven't seen a need to shorten the cranks. You may wish to consider spacing the 140 fork down to 130 (I believe a cheap and simple mod). I think you will find it positively changes the way the bike rides. I rode mine with 140 and hated the way the front pinged up when climbing steep slow stuff. Currently running 120 travel, but 130 is the optimum.
