fox 32 float 140 rlc 15mm q/r
chirs king iso hubs/ headset
dt swiss 4.2 rims
nobby nic/ racing ralph
xtr shifters and rapid rise rear....for now.
xt chainset 170 mm, xt front mech, rear cassette.
sdg yeti ti fly...... for now
Thomsom seat pin/ 50mm 0 degree stem.
ride on gortex cables
Dmr v12 mags or xtr spd
eastern monkey lite composite riser bar
Hope x2 race 2010 brakes 160/160

I think that about covers it.

I'm still getting used to it 4 rides in, but I'm slowing liking it more and more, I keep thinking, what if i'd gone for the 5 instead!!!
