Hey all
About to be a new yeti owner, and cant decide on the color.
Interestingly looking through these pics, it appears that the team colour is most popular followed by either the white or the pewter.
This is totally unscientific of course, but it appears that the black is the least popular?
Funny that, as its the one that i like the most.
And white, well it is/was pretty cool (i have a white cervelo road bike) but it seems as if there are too many white bikes out on the trails now?

Turquoise & white all the way!!
It will still look good after a winters use, and there are too many Black/Grey/Silver bikes on the trails already. IMO

Has to be turquoise for so many reasons. Not least of which is that everybody knows what you're riding as soon as they see the paint job. Now if you're on a black/white/silver bike you could be riding just anything, or worse a Stumpy!!!
If you're paying what it takes for a Yeti, you might as well have the bling factor!

I have a mate with the powder coat 2010 yeti colours and he has said that his one regret was that he didnt get an anodised finish. After 2 weeks in the alps, he says the frame finish looks older than it is.
Thats why i was thinking of going for the 2010 black ano finish
Would you concur

Everyones got a different opinion on this one.
If it was any other brand i would go with the anodised finish as i know how strong they are..... but we are talking YETI here and in my opinion there can be only one colour way for a Yeti and that is one that has turqouise in it.
But as i said, that is my opinion. Saying that though i have been mega impressed with the strength of the paint finish.

do the yeti colours lose their gloss or sheen over time, a dealer told me that they look a bit duller after some use?

If you get the team colours it'd be like buying a football kit. Great for a season but then they'll change the colours and everyone will know you're riding last years model. Black anodised all the way!
