So I get my 08 yeti dh top...which arent the cheapest..and I bring it into a printing shop to get my name and 2 sponsors written on the sleeves...............easy task I thought....she measures where they are goin to be and orders the size in...I come back to get it printed...tell here where I want them again.......come back...name is grand on the back....instead of putting the sponsors above where yeti is written on the arms....shes puts the names written vertically.......wait for it...........through the yeti logo!!! jersey now looks nuts........she cant do anythin about it..........what an idiot!!!

Well, if you are located in the UK, you could try to recover costs:
s13 Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982:
13 Implied term about care and skill "In a contract for the supply of a service where the supplier is acting in the course of a business, there is an implied term that the supplier will carry out the service with reasonable care and skill".
In your case there is obviously lack of care by not following your instructions etc. You could try to get damages in small claims court, however, given the time consuming nature of all the court proceedings, it may not be worth doing so.
If I were you, I would simply print the relevant provisions of this Act, take them to that printing shop and try to negotiate some sort of financial contribution by them to the purchase price of your DH top.

yeah I would go with toofattoride it a long stressful process so try negotiating first
