I just call few bike shops selling Yeti 575 and they told me that I would by more comfortable on Large frame with 70 -90 mm stem.

try the nice people at Yeti...they will put you right if you ask...they have a tech guy who can answer stuff - follow the 'contact us' link on their website, and drop them an email... if you're in the Uk, try www.crosstrax.co.uk.

Hi,
I'm 6' 3", 33" leg and have just picked up my large 575. It's currently got a 120mm stem on it but I've got a 90mm to put on which I think we improve things as it feels a bit stretched at the moment. I'm also only running Vanilla 125r forks so the front end is a bit low at the moment.
I would say a medium would fit you best but it's worth traveling to your nearest dealer if you can.
Good luck, it's an awesome bike.
