Hi,
I haven't been on here for so long that I had to set up a new account...
Just after some advice really, I discovered a crack in my SB66 last weekend and sent an email to Yeti (info@yeticycles.com, as advices on their website) on 3rd October.
Had hear anything so sent a follow up with a photo of the offending gap in my frame on the 7th.
Still not heard anything.
I've heard wonderful things about the legendary customer service offered by Yeti, but this doesn't feel that good to me.
Am I being impatient? Do they always take this long?
I've had problems with my Giant in the past and normally have a replacement frame in my hands within a couple of weeks.
Cheers, Paul.

You need to contact your supplying shop, or your importer. Not yeti direct, they don't have millions of staff so can't help everybody like the importers can.
