Dear Yeti fans, Hello, This is my 1st post. I was looking for a long time for a Yeti SB66. However as you all know such beast is expensive. Finally I got one last December. It is fully black and named it Tornado as the (in)famous horse… I am extremely pleased with my SB66c. However I wanted to improve it by replacing my seat post from a RS Reverb 100mm towards a 150mm KS Lev 150. I verified all dimensions before buying such expensive product : considering my height I needed exactly full insertion of the post ! According all data I collected “All Yetis (except 303) have a full length seat tube, so you can run a regular post and use your QR to drop it for descents, or run a dropper post with the collar close to the seat QR.” (ref : www.yetifan.com/F-A-Q/f-a-q.html) I bought the expensive KS 150mm Lev seat post and I cannot fully insert : it blocks at 205mm (8.07 ‘’) depth. Looking inside seat tube it looks like at 205mm depth, section is not round but oval with a smaller section (maximum 1mm difference on diameter , not measured). What can I do to solve this issue ? Thanks in advance !

Yes I konw it is strange...
On Yeti website only phone numbers are available, not emails. It's a bit difficult to phone from France with 8 hours of difference, having full time job and kids at home...
Maybe you have a Yeti contact email to share ?
edit : Sorry, I just found emails... writing right now to them
