Hello all! Cheers to my first post and my first Yeti cycle! I recently bought this Yeti ASR frame on eBay for a steal(under $250) and I wanted to build it up to a super light XC/AM bike. Thing is, I can't make out the serial number because it's so scratched and faded. Can anyone tell me what year it is and maybe give me some accurate specs, like seatpost and seatpost clamp size? Could I possibly rebuild it with parts from the official YETI store like the seatpost clamp and headset, or is it too vintage? Any answered questions would be GREAT!

Looks like an 04, 05 to me.
Seat post should be 27.2, but make sure to double check.
It's an XL frame.
Shock is fifth element, you can't do much with those anymore and you can't get the hardware.
All other parts are available.
The new yeti seat QR will not fit, it's 35mm and you need a much smaller one.
Good deal. Should ride nice.

Thanks for the reply, that helped a ton! Any idea where I could get a replacement dogbone?

US. Yeti only has replacement dogbones for an 08-09 ASR. Would that fit my 04? It looks the same to me?

No that one won't fit. You need 03-07. The bearings in the 08-09 are different.
Give them an email if you have not. Could be they have not added it to the site as there could not be the demand??

Can you tell me what size headset I need? The one I have now is from a Giant Revel 0 and it's WAY too big for the yeti!!
