I finally found an XL ASR-SL ;D
Can't wait to get it built - my first modern XC race bike. I rode MM this weekend on my FRO (with drops) and got beaten up by it!
Anyway, can somebody confirm the following for a 2006 model:
Seatpost size
BB Spindle length (using M952 cranks until my Grove Hotrods arrive)
And what pressure I should try running the shock at? I'm 210lbs in kit.
thanks guys

Cranks, if your using standar X type, they are all one length, just use 1 spacer on the drive side, its a 73mm shell.
I am sure its a 27.2 seat post.
As for pressue, I don't know! sorry.

many thanks Andrew/Tribegrandaddy. I running XTR Octalink cranks. I have 113 and 116mm spindle so I'll try those to get it running. 27.2mm is the only seatpost I don't have Where can I get a Yeti ARC one? I'm obviously new to suspension set up. Is there a manual/site I can refer to to?

i run xtr cranks but have no idea on spindle length eddy b should be able to help arc s/post i think not much chance try bromley or Andrew go to the fox website they have nifty little set up videos its mainly start from a set point with pressure etc take a shock pump out with you and make small changes till you find a setting thats best i run quite a bit less air in my forks than recommended but i prefer a really supple ride at the front
