Hi guys, I've been riding my '08 575 for a couple of months now, and in the last 2/3 weeks I've noticed that the rear brake has started squealing for no reason that I can think of... I especially noticed it today on a section of road, freewheeling around a corner - almost as if the back is flexing, causing the disc/pads to rub? I'm running XTR wheels/180 rotors with XT caliper on the rear. I'm wondering if swapping to 160 on the rear might ease the problem and wondered if anybody else has experienced similar? Pete

I've had this on two 575s but both were running Avid Juicys. The first bike was loaned to me and was really bad - I could feel a vibration through the frame. My bike does it too, but not as bad, and not all the time. I wondered whether the 'floating' Hope rotors would help?

Mine is really bad. Reduced rear disc from 203 to 185 and the vibration and noise is ridiculous. It did nt do it before but I have'nt had a fiddle with it yet though. Avid codes by the way.
