Haha! Yeah that was an ace weekend. Not been on the bike for a week which felt like forever which was why I wanted to get riding in the bank Always the best riding of the year though and on my birthday weekend too, spot on. Cheers to Andrew for the past 7 years, and roll on year number 8! Until 2010.... Stickman

Glad you all enjoyed it!
If anybody has any pictures from the weekend, please mail them to me and I'll do the rest.
And as for the security issue, if anybody wants to send an email to the right people about our brush with the underworld, please drop me an email, I'll send you the addresses of the people you need to contact. I would hate to see Glyncorrwg end up as somewhere we can't ride.
I've been told that the site manager is not on planet earth, so a few emails on the subject might make them sit up and listen, same with the council.

Andrew and new friends, Chris and I got back to Colorado safe and sound Tuesday evening. Wanted to quickly thank you and all the tribe meeting members for the great hospitality shown while we were in the UK and Wales. We felt really welcome. The riding was fantastic (I may be recovered sometime next week) and the time spent visiting with UK Yeti-freaks at the Drop Off was superb. Special thanks to Fred and Mellisa for treating us like rock stars during our stay. Given a few days, go to our team website www.comotionsports.com for links to my blog and Chris' photo pages for our accounts of the weekend. Thanks again and hope to see some of you at the special somewhere place in Colorado next year for the US Tribe Meet.

Great riding this last weekend! Thank you all for the fantastic riding! Glyncorrwg has some of the best trails I have ever been on. I wish they were in my backyard! Andrew, next year we'll toss the bike. I posted pictures of the riding from Saturday on Skyline... www.mtcolorado.com/raceday/thumbnails.php?album=43Chris

Hi Chris,
I am pleased you had a good time too!
Hope to see you in your backyard for some riding sometime in the future.
Andrew
P.S. Update for those that camped- Police arrested 3 people, and retrieved some of the stuff that went AWOL (none of the Tribe was affected !)

Chris/Dave,
Good to meet you guys and just to let you know, i have started to work on my 'pass' from my wife already for the 2010 Durango Tribe meet, i reckon a long weekend trip to Paris or Christmas shopping trip to New York should do the trick!
By the way, would anyone else be interested in making the trip over the pond for next years US tribe meet?

Great ride and a great day all round. Good to put faces to names and meet up with some old aquantainces too. My only regret was riding the hardtail. Looking forward to next year now - maybe Durango? I've been promising myself a trip for too long....
