Thanks Andrew.
I now need to post this ASAP before this new thread gets a bit messy ...
To remind you, I need to order 25 and I have only a dozen or so committed at the moment.
The cost is £33.00 each – that’s the price from Bromley Bike – and I have to put 40% up front. I need to order these later this week to make sure they are ready in plenty of time. So I need you to commit to buy and let me know how many and what size(s). Reminder, these are XC shirts and are made by the same chaps who do the Team Yeti UK shirts. Joe says they come up a size smaller - If you know Howard from BB, he wears an XXL (apparently).
(I’ll need those of you that have already committed, to confirm the sizes again please based on the comments from Joe above).
Use the thread, e-mail, text .. whatever. See below for details.
Payment – you can either send me a cheque for the £33 or transfer it to my bank. Details are listed below. For Bank Transfers, please use ‘Yeti+ForumName’ for the transaction reference. The cost will remain at £33 providing I get your payment cleared by July 1st.
If you want to commit but don’t want to pay up front, get in touch with your details and I’ll charge £38 (cash only) on the day. This will help to pay the Interest on my Credit Card.
If you want them posting - no problem. I checked with the PO and it will be £3 for the UK (recorded) and about £6 for the US using Airsure (tracked to your door). I can take care of the packing costs at the office. You’ll get two shirts sent for this price. Add the cost if necessary and let me know.
Either use the forum or contact me direct on fred.simpson@tiscali.co.uk or 07802 687672.
Cheques made payable to Fred Simpson and sent to : Springfield Pilmer Road Crowborough East Sussex TN6 2UG (Yes, I really do live at Springfield ... )
Bank Transfers to :
HSBC – Mr F W Simpson Sort Code 40-18-39 Account 91220209
Thanks Fred

Hi Fred,
Cheques in the post! Just a question about size! I've a 48 inch chest and I wear a XL in the "Yeti World Cup Jersey" which fits nicely over my Pressure Suit! I guess I'd need a XL for the XC jersey If I wanted it loose and and not too tight?? What do you reckon!!
Also, have you looked into having peoples names printed on the back!!! Its just that I'm crap with names and It would be a huge help if everyone had their name on them at the meet, so I don't have too call everyone "mate" or "buddy".... lol

Hi,
Sizes - I am about 47 chest and will be going with the XXL as I would rather hide the love handles a bit. So, based on the info I have I would suggest you go for the same. There will be some spare (other sizes) and I will attempt to keep them until those that have pre paid are happy with the size chosen. I can then do some swaps and sell the rest first come-first served. I'll put you down for an XXL.
There is little scope for deviation from the standard design because of the numbers we are ordering. You need at least 50+ to start being picky about the design and, I would suggest, closer to 100 to get individual names for that price.
Joe reckons about 7 weeks for delivery and that will include me getting to BB to pick them up. I'll get them out ASAP.
The only worrying thing is that there are 20+ registered for the meet when i checked yesterday, only 13 jerseys ordered. I have to place the order this week and have to do min 25. If we get a rush after this week there will be two problems .. running out of the appropriate sizes ('cos I'm gonna have to take a flyer on which to order) and running out completely and having to wait for another mimimum order of 25. I'll check with Joe about adding to the order after placing it and see what we can sort.
With that in mind, order will be place THIS Friday morning, after which I am not sure what I can do to accommodate any late requests.
Doing my best ...
Fred

I'm def infor a Large but my week has been turned upside down due to a bad off last night on the bike and 4 hours in A and E. I'll try and transfer the money at the start of next week.

Fred, Put me down for the biggest one you have - probably XXL. I will send you a cheque for 36quid to cover the postage (since I am not sure I can make it to the Tribemeet this year). Thank you. Jerzy

Sorted and thanks.
I will, if at all possible, try and provide a swap (if the size is not quite right) for those of you who have ordered and paid up front. I will do this before the remainder are offered for sale on the day.
By the time most of you read this the shirts will be ordered and I will have used the current orders to work out the proportion of sizes to get - pot luck I'm afraid.
Joe's looking into the possibility of adding to the order after the event and will find out how much leeway I have with the suppliers. Just in case there's a rush !
Cheers
Fred
