I would like it on the 22nd August, but am yet to hear back, as there is a Kona Mash up around that time, and we can't clash with it.

The Mash up is like a stage event, so they close the trails.
The good news is, in the last few days the Mash ups have been confirmed in june & December, so it looks like we are good to go!!
I have sent an email to Ian at the drop off cafe(the main man there) and its just a case of making sure there is no other event on both days, and were sorted.
I would say its 99.9% certain, I just need to dot the i's so to speak.

What's the crack with camping. Is there a campsite and do you have to book in advance.

Hi,
Camping is available at the start next to the visitor centre, they do breakfasts, there are showers and a bike shop. elec hook up etc.
Look up the drop off cafe and they will sort you out.
I will put more links for local B&Bs etc on the main page when I return from my holiday.

With the dates set, we can start the planning. Good job Andrew. How do you guys transport bikes and gear in those little bitty cars? Will be coming with the ASRc in tow. Still no takers to attend the US Tribe Meet?

Hi All,
I have been in touch with Joe at Bromley Bike about some custom jerseys for the Tribemeet.
The rough plan is relaxed short sleeved XC style, three rear pockets, lots of turquoise, black and a splash of yellow. Yeti's, Colorado flags, the Axe etc etc. Joe has the design ideas but before I can even consider taking this further I need some feedback to see if it is a goer.
Min order is 25. BB will charge £33 each. Total £825. I have to put 40% upfront to get the artwork done so would prefer that you didn't express an interest and then tell me it's nuts after i have paid !
Expressions of general interest needed please and if this warms up a bit, I'll post some links to what i have in mind so that you can make sure the design doesn't offend you too much.
Looking forward to the Tribemeet - I am travelling across from the East Sussex, I may have the other half in tow, but will have a space for at least one more in the car, incl bike.
cheers
Fred

I can't make it to the meet but I would pitch in on one of the shirts anyway if you can send me one.
