Is it possible to use a 2009 FOX RL 100mm remote with a 2008 575 Frame? I would use the bike for XC A friend of mine is selling the frame and is a good opportunity to change my old Balance AL 750 frame (10 years of service and counting) I know that the best option for this suspension will be the ASR alloy but is really difficult to find Yeti frames here (By the way I´m from Mexico) and it is a good deal for me Thanks

In a word no!
The 575 is designed for 140mm FOX forks.
With 100 it will handle really badly, and you will not enjoy it.
With 140, it is the best bike in the world (I think) and you will want to ride it every day!

Andrew is right, I have a 08 575 with a uturn PIke in it, 110-140mm, with the fork turned down to the 110mm the handling is rubbish (this function is only intended for use on long prolonged climbs) think you gonna have to find a good fork at a discount end of season sale.
Most use Fox but the Pike is excellent aswell.

Thanks for your answers I will try to get an ASR or buy a Santa Cruz Blur XC from the local dealer.
