Finished this a couple of weeks ago then took it on holiday with the family to Cornwall. Had to finish it in a hurry so got some compromise parts because I ran out of money. I'll be upgrading the saddle and seat post from the ones that came off my wife's Kona to Thomson and SDG Yeti when I've got a bit more cash. Same goes for the rear mech, nicked that off my commuter that I'm not using at the moment. The frame I got from Yeti Stu in March and I've been trying to build it ever since. Rock Shox Revelation forks were new from CRC (£225, what a bargain!) Thomson Stem, Easton EA30 bars. Wheels are Shimano/mavic that I've had lying around for a while. Brakes and cranks came off ebay for £84 and £80 respectively. Headset is an FSA Sky Pilot, again off ebay of £9.50. Probably change this for a King when more funds are available as I don't expect it to last too long! New Sram chain Shimano cassette and Deore shifters from CRC. Plenty of room for upgrade but still fun to ride. The idea is to use it as a general thrash about bike which so far is working out fine.

I was right, the headset lasted about 3 more rides then died! Got a King off ebay for £35 it's a couple of years old but is still silky smooth. Got a Thomson post off the same seller too and the good news is they were off a 575! (Good to deal with you Matt)
Saddle is next, just missed one on ebay for £30! Gutted.
