I spoke with somebody who has seen it, and he assures me I will be stoked as to what it as. I hope this will be a better successor to Seven. All of this indicates - large discounts on these models.

Maybe its a frame with an in built dropper seat post like ASR-C, but for trail riding?

I would not be stoked by a 29er at all!
Although I guess they could have said that to throw me off the scent a bit?
Lets just sit back and see.............

"According to this interview, Yeti has a 'revolutionary' frame in the works... Think that rules out a full-sus 29er then
Be cool if it was a all-mountain type frame with built in Fox seat dropper..."
I think this is not revolution. A revolution will be an integrated gearbox in a 160-180 mm frame, news in the suspensions, like rails in midtravel bikes with no very much weight or somthing similar.
I my opinion, the gap between the 575 and the 303 WC could be better cover. a 160 mm frame in the line of the seven replacing this and lowering the link (better for the small sizes), and changing the 303 RDH to a more uphill possibilities frame. same as 303 RDH but with less travel (from 200 to 180) and more seat angle and posibility of front derraileur.

Sounds like a tall FS clown... not very exciting. That would have been more exciting to have a replacement of the 7...
But business rules and 29" is a (unfortunately) trend.

See the weird flat section on the down-tube, near the BB? Is it room for a rail???
