Hi All good news, despite the bad luck we had trying to sort a 'different' type of meet at the Bike radar show, I've decided to sort something out for us all to do......... It will all be sorted in the next few days, but were looking at Sept 11-12 Cwmcarn Ride guided by Cwmride. (Free to us all!) Probably a weekend event, so could be camping and BBQ etc. Will 100% confirm in a day or 2 (its now 30th June) SATURDAY 11th- Get to Cwmcarn for Midday, Aim to ride Twrch Trail about 1:30. takes 1-2 hours MAX. SATURDAY Evening, Off the cuff, DIY Barbie in the campsite- Bring your own food and BBQ. Chill out and talk bikes:) SUNDAY 12th - Ride With Cwmride- Scant is a Tribemeet regular, he will show us some of Cwmcarns finest trails (and they are good!), Distance depending on group size[glow=red,2,300]. No charge for Guiding for the Tribe gathering.[/glow] Dont forget, you can do DH too! Just book the uplift at www.cwmdown.co.uk Andrew

That weekend will be put for me. We should plan next year soon after this one and get it locked down well in advance. My job at the moment doesn't allow a lot of time off in Sept so i'm out for this one. Would still be keen on Ft Bill for the first weekend of Sept if anyone fancies hooking up? ?

usually we have a date fixed by Feb, but the bike shop dude on here never sorted anything, and the bike radar thing was a bad idea too.
I will be trying to get to Fort William for the first weekend in September. Might camp over.
Back to the Cwmcarn meet................

Please find below the current info for the YETI UK Tribemeet 2010 The YETI Tribe rides again! Following on from the popular previous 7 gatherings,We return for adventure No8 ! For 2010 Yetifan has joined forces with YETI UK Importer- Evolution Imports for support and Demo bikes & Local guiding service Cwmride.co.uk to offer a guided ride of the Cwmcarn area. For those in the know, the local riding is much more than the excellent Twrch trail. Local guide Mike from Cwmride has come up with a stunner of a route to put your Yeti through its paces. The guided riding is free to all Yeti owners, and if your not feeling like an epic, there is the Twrch trail, or even the uplifts and the Y Mynydd Downhill track. The Tribemeet will be taking place on the weekend of 11-12th September. For more information please visit www.yetifan.com and follow the link to get all the latest developments.

Will you guys promise to not leave me behind on the climb this time. Was a bit depressing doing the majority of Afan Skyline on my own.....and then having a mechanical half way and having to walk/roll back?

We will take our time on the Saturday, there is no rush.
Sunday will be a harder ride, it wont be way marked, so we will not be leaving anybody behind! Promise.

Capt Yeti, I may be able to give you a lift. It depends where in the West Midlands you are and when you were thinking of travelling.

Hi Romas,
I'm happy to sort another jersey for next year, but 'we' need a bit more of a definite date, and we need it fixed earlier in the year to be able to do this. That gives me time to get orders, arrange design and get them done, shipped, collected etc
The last run of shirts had to paid for up front and there was a minimum order that was more than the number of shirts ordered by the tribe, so I had to take a flyer. I took a bit of a hit because I didn't sell two and have given those away during the recent US tribemeet .. not to worry.
I am also, interestingly, owed for one shirt (STILL). 'Payment' should be on the way and, if not, you will all find out who he is.
