I was just given this Yeti and have scoured Google and other websites to try and figure out what year and model this bike is but I didn't find anything. The main thing that I am looking at is the shape of the frame around where the back wheel mounts. I haven't seen any other Yeti that has that structure in the back triangle or that has the brake and derailleur cables running along the top side of the frame. If anyone figures it out please email here. Here are some pictures to help.

Definitely not a yeti.
Yeti don't use gussets, they use correct tubes with the right walls for strength in the first place.
The mech hanger is not a yeti one, check out all the mech hangers available, it's non of those.
The stickers are all sticker kit stickers.
The dropouts are totally wrong for a yeti, and they've never used box section tubes like those.
Am afraid it's a wanna be.

Are there any Yetis that ever had the derailleur and rear brake cables running across the top of the frame like this?

Not that I know of. Mostly on hardtails they are along the side of the top tube, that's a yeti feature. Top tube will be very oval too.
Drop outs will be attached to loop stays on most hardtails.
