Anyone got some big Maxxis tyres or similar on their new 575? The fin at the back looks like it might be awfully close with a larger tyre in there. Any issues?

I have not put anything bigger than a 2.3 continental on there yet (about 2.1 in other tyre makers sizes), and there is enough clearance, I want to put some 2.2 Michelin's on after Xmas, so I will put a post on here unless anybody else beats me to it.
I have some 2.5 Maxxis in the shed, I might try one of those out of curiosity.

Maxxis always seem to come up large. I'd probably run Conti's or Michelin for normal trail duties but was thinking of doing the Mega Avalanche next year and using a 575 with some 2.5 or 2.3 Maxxis DH tyres. Thanks Andrew.

I have a pair of Syncros Point'n'Chute 2.5s on and although they're close, they still clear OK. Just got to make sure the rim is straight! They're a genuine 2.5" block to block
