tubeless is the future i,m sold on it when I change my tyres which will be now after splitting the sidewall on my rear tyre today I will be doing it soon you can run lower pressures etc, get more grip and the like and no more pinch flats and a degree of protection against thorns and flints etc etc good idea all round
tribe grandaddy wondering if he is cursed the luck he has been having lately

I changed over to tubeless on my ASX earlier this year. The biggest eye opener for me was spending a week in Spain on rocky trails full of sharp stones and huge thorns and not having any issues whatsoever though I was running quite low pressures. I was running Maxxis Highroller super tacky but they are a bit heavy for general use so I've swapped to Michelin Xtrem's. Probably the 2nd best upgrade I've fitted to my Yeti (the Gravity Dropper being the best).

Tubeless UST (Mavic's rims) or not-UST (ZTR's rims, DT Swiss's Rim + Eclipse Kit)?
